Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Request must be made within [7–14] days of delivery
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Books damaged due to customer mishandling
- Used or written-in books (unless received damaged/defective)
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [7–10] business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Damaged or Wrong Item Received? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
