Roodica the Rude by Margaret Ryan, published by Happy Cat Books in 2009.
Long ago, when wolves and bears roamed the land, the Romans conquered Britain. But although they built fine houses and straight roads, not everyone liked the Romans. Lots of people fought back, and none more stubbornly than Queen Goodica's youngest daughter Roodica the Rude!
A great pick for readers who love getting lost in a good story.
