Team Rocket Blasts Off! by Tracey West, published by Scholastic in 2000.
The members of Pokâemon-stealing Team Rocket--Jessie, James, and Meowth--try to impress their boss by bringing him Togepi, recount times when they nearly defeated Ash Ketchum and Pikachu, and try to work together when they become substitute Gym Leaders.
A great pick for readers who love getting lost in a good story.
