The Queen of Hearts Toujours Memoirs of a Golden Age Burlesque Star

The Queen of Hearts Toujours Memoirs of a Golden Age Burlesque Star by Sandy McQueen, published by Sandy M McQueen in 2017.

Illustrated with more than 60 photographs, "The Queen of Hearts Toujours" is the honest and fascinating autobiography of Burlesque headliner Sandy McQueen. Sandy was a Burlesque feature for nearly two decades, during the 60's and 70's. This was the Golden Era of Burlesque. She worked all over the US and Canada. One winter she worked Hawaii and had dinner aboard ship at Pearl Harbor. The following spring she drove to Fairbanks, Alaska with her buddy, Ginger Lee. She talks about people she worked with, liked, and loved. She takes you on the road and backstage with her.

A lovely addition to your coffee table or bookshelf, and a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves art and design.
